No service , how to get out of these contracts

I have EE sim and broadband. I am paying £150 for both monthly . The service is absolutely rubbish. Phone network doesnt work most of the time and same issue with broadband. I have complained many times and nothing gets done to resolve these issues . How can i get out of these contracts without paying any extra fee? I am paying so much for no service.

Can you be more specific on some of the issues you're having with the mobile network?

Is it a coverage issue? Is it a problem with voice calls? Or a problem with mobile data?

The more info you can give, the better help can potentially be offered.
