Lost phone claimed

I made claim 3 weeks ago and every 3-4 days I call to EE [150]insurance for what about my claim they just told me under review and you just keep an eye on your email. Why they taking longer ? And how do I manage without phone? And where can I get satisfactory answer?

I'm sorry to hear your phone has been lost and your claim is ongoing.

For an update on your claim, I'd recommend giving us a call.

As I mentioned I usually call every 3-4 days and got one answer that under review. So it doesn’t make sense to call again and again for listening same answer. Is there any other contact number where I can get satisfactory answer ?
