Hi ive just got a new contract. Ive swapped to pay as you go to pay monthly with the same number. I have my new phone with the new sim. Ive activated the new sim but still dont have any calls text etc and asking me to top up. When does my monthly contract start? I have service but cant text/ call etc

Then you haven't yet been switched to contract, if that's what you asked for.
