Mobile upgrade plan different to purchase

I've just upgraded my phone and just had the confirmation of order through. Its saying plan is £49 a month but when I did the upgrade it was £35 due to the trade in £14 discount, and I have the email to prove that. Why has it suddenly changed to £49 when that's not the price I agreed to? Very misleading and if it is £49 I will be canceling straight away.

@kell-kins because the plan that you’ve chosen is that price excluding any discounts that you might receive on top of it.   You don’t see discounts on the total cost of a tariff these are taken off when you are billed.
