My wife is having the same issue
Has called every night for the last 3 weeks but keeps getting fobbed off.
They transfered her to pay as you go now to 'resolve' it but now she can't make calls and is paying for 2 contracts.
Always promised a phone call every night and never receives one.
This company is pitiful
Did you get your issue resolved? If so, how?

@RELAPSE You’ll have to explain your situation as you jumped on to a thread with your own issue and someone has now created your own thread for you but you’ve not given any information apart from 2 contracts and something about PAYG

How long ago did your wife take out this new contract? Did she definitely select the upgrade option and not a new additional contract by mistake?
