I need help, my uncle has an account with yourselves. I believed it was PAYG but from texting 150 it seems to be a contract. He is very ill in hospital and can't tell me what he is getting and the cost or how he pays. I need some help with this.

If any of your relatives have power of attorney for your uncle's affairs, or otherwise has third party authority over his account, this will need to be used.

Otherwise, EE should not be discussing his account with any third parties, regardless of motivation.

What does texting AL to 150 from his no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

@kms1985 : That is certainly on contract. There's no way to find out his monthly fee w/out asking him or logging into his EE a/c.
