reduce premium rate services limit

im trying to reduce the £240 upper limit allowed for premium calls on my mobile to 0 - why is this proving to be impossible ?

 

numerous calls to sales and technical have no result

@frustrated29 : You need to Set up and manage Spend Cap . The £240/billing month limit has nowt to do with calling premium nos. but is for limiting Charge to Bill charges.

@frustrated29 , are you calling premium numbers by any chance or are you calling international numbers?

You can't put a cap on the service charge to premium nos. charged by the service provider, only on the access charge charged by EE.
