Do EE now do a credit check when upgrading as have changed how contracts work? So now you need a loan for the phone and a separate airtime contract? Been with EE for years.

I’ve just checked my bank and £74 has come out for my sim only plan which should be 1/2 price for the first year so it was something like £24 per month. Anyone any idea why I’ve been charged over 3 times? To make life better I can’t access my “my ee”...
