In in my last 98 days of my current contract but it's not allowing me to upgrade online/app
And I don't want to swap my current device the new plan I've looked at is £10 more than my current one
Please help

The fee-free early-upgrade window is from 30days prior to the end of your current minimum term.
If you choose a phone upgrade, the plan takes effect immediately on receipt of your new phone. If you choose a SIM-only, it kicks in at the end of your minimum term.

Alternatively, if you’re in the last 100 days of your contract, you can get the latest device with no early upgrade fee if your new plan is higher than your current plan.

There website is a lie it's not 100 days it's 90 days
Think I'm just going to cancel this time
They can't even honour what there website says I'm black and white
