Paying off part contract

Hi, I want to use the money I’ve got from my old phone to pay off part of my current contract so that my monthly cost reduces. How do I do this? Thanks. 

Billing account number

I’m trying to find my billing account number on my letters I have been sent by EE however I’m unable to find this. Is this also known as the bill reference or account number? If not, where else can I find this number? Many thanks,Rosie
