Problem paying bill online

Hi AllI have problem paying my bills online, it always says "something went wrong " than I end up calling 150 which is not best way for me sometimes. Is there anything in options or something ? cheers for any info

Morning,i'm looking to pick my upgrade and thinking about returning to Apple after many years of having an android. However it looks like you can only select other Iphones when you go to the trade in window? Is this intentional?
