After a number of very frustrating months and equally long and frustrating conversations I remain unable to read my bills on line. Following numerous broken promises EE SOLUTION appears to be sending my bill by post IN LARGE PRINT for customers with poor eyesight.

What have EE said is the problem.
Can you not access the web portal , app or both.
Normally deleting your online profile and registering again sorts most account problems out.
