Hi there, I did make a call regarding my bill and having difficulty paying due to being underpaid. I broke my Clavical 15/01/88 and therefore was unable to pay and was told EE would see what they can do to support me. I am still unable to call 150 as its still cutting me off before making an odd noise. I need this resolved ASAP so I know what is going on with my concerns.
