No updates on phone order

I ordered a iphone 16 pro max 256gb on a pay monthly contract on the 18th of August. It's been 4 days but there has been no other updates except the confirmation email on the day of the order. I also paid £60 upfront which was taken from my bank account. I am getting a little worried. Can I please get some updates on the matter? The phone was in stock when I ordered.

I cancelled the order and I was supposed to get the upfront £50 back withing 10 days. Today I checked my bank account the the pending 50 pounds are gone and they're not back in my account either. What should I do?
