Upgrade to contract no change to order status

I have upgraded my simonly plan to a plan including an Apple iPhone 14 128gb in midnight on Saturday 23rd August and all I have received is a “thank you for your order email”. At the time of placing the order it said it would take 48hrs to be dispatched. Also when I try to track it on the app, it brings an error message saying the tracking has timed out each time. Can anyone help?

Same here, except DPD just tried to deliver the new phone, but I hadn’t received the PIN code so the courier couldn’t hand it over to me…

I'm sorry to hear you've not received the PIN you need. If you reach out to our team then they will be able to advise you of the PIN you need, so you can accept the delivery when DPD return.
