Left without contract by EE Guide Calling team

I am a little frustrated by the current situation ---

  1. I was told my contract was no longer available - was Sim only 20Gb 24M contract, started £8, now £9.17. I would be put on a £13 contract
  2. This was too much so got PAC code and signed up with SPUSU for 20Gb for £6.19 monthly contract
  3. Called by EE Guidae Calling Team and offered a Sim only 25Gb 24M contract at a competative price - I said yes but was cut off soon after
  4. Expecting to be called back, I then cancelled my SPUSU sim so currently out of contract (or assume at £13)
  5. NO CALL from EE Guide Calling team and do not seem to be able to call them
  6. Spoke to EE who say this is an external organisation that they cannot transfer me to -- only thing is to raise another PAC code to trigger call - so I have a second PAC code now
  7. A few days later -- STILL NO CALL -- so left in limbo - how do I actually get the contract I agreed to on the phone?

@psl550  It sounds like it was a 3rd party seller that called you not EE,  until they call you back to sort this out you’ll not get what was only offered to you,   You’re not agreed to anything yet as nothing was actually sold. It was at this point an offer before you got cut off.  EEs own retentions team might even call you because you requested a new PAC

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It was a 3rd Party working on behalf of EE, this was confirmed by EE. I agree I didn't sign up to the new contract but was  clearly going to and am now waiting to see if I can get back to the same offer - I cannot think why not but there also doesn't seem any way I can initiate the contact again. Thanks - I will check again with the EE retention team.

Actually a very helpful person in the Retention team as sorted this out. Happy with EE again 😀

It's great to hear you've been able to speak with our Retentions team and get this sorted out @psl550.

Thanks for coming back and letting us know 🙂
