@Danial1977 Why do you think EE decreased your data ? And Ofcom don’t deal with individual complaints
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

As you know you have increased my contract from 14.50 to 17.50, and I
didn't use my data in this month but you have sent me this message today:
Hi from EE. As you have a Spend Cap we've now barred some chargeable
services, including using your phone abroad, MMS, and premium rate
services. To increase it, you can log into My EE or reply SPEND CAP. Thanks.
I have used WiFi in this month and I am sure I didn't use my data limit
this month and this is not fair.

@Danial1977 Your hit your spend cap for this month that you set up when you took out this contract that doesn’t mean EE have reduced your data allowance these are not the same thing.
You might want to read THIS about what spend cap is.
