Data decrease after reset

My EE data package just reset 15 minutes ago and I had nearly 70GB of data left. However when it reset, - I have the £15 subscription package by the way - instead of adding on 25GB it decreased to 51GB. Why did this happen? Am I being robbed? I’d like an answer.

@Nuha88 : Are you talking about data rollover? You can only rollover what's left of the main pack which is at most 25GB. You can't roll over what was rolled over from previously.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

@Nuha88   If it’s rolling over that amount I’ll say your on the wrong pack and you could pay lass.
