Did you mean:

Annual Price Rise Increase different to advertised amount.

I’ve just upgraded to an iPhone 16 Plus, the product page clearly says ‘’Monthly price increases £1.50 for airtime plans on 31 March each year.’’

However when I received my order confirmation email it states -

‘’The monthly price shown will increase each year on 31 March by £4.00, and out of bundle charges will increase by 5%. The cost of other services you take from us may increase or decrease while you are an EE customer.’’

So a £4 increase year on year not £1.50?!

Is anyone else also getting this?

But this brand new webpage which was only uploaded at 13:00 today (so not at all out of date) is advertising price changes as £1.50 when actually it’s going to be £4.

If you’re taking a phone via Flex Pay then the airtime goes up by £1.50. If you take a traditional contract then the plan increases by £4. It roughly balances out to be the same amount.

Thanks for that, can you tell me where it confirms that? There is no mention of £4 anywhere I can find.  https://ee.co.uk/help/billing-payments/guide-to-bill/about-annual-prices-changes

thanks.

Sorry but I don’t think you are correct as look at the pricing example EE gives in relation to the cost increases. They use a 24 month contract as the example which will rise by £1.50, this is from their ‘’About Annual Price Change’’ info page.

@Jadespade :  Where is it you can see this £4 Annual Price Change?

It’s not mentioned anywhere on the EE site, apparently it’s in the T&C’s (I missed that however) I first noticed it in my order confirmation email. Screen shot of email below.

What is that order for that totals £67?
