I’ve been trying to get my subscriptions to be paid by my phone bill but it is no longer working. When clicking the ee benefits and even adding my number it says I don’t have it within my contact. Someone help?

Welcome to the EE Community 🙂
So you are trying to pay for purchases/subscriptions made direct with other companies through the EE bill, is that right?
There is a bar available to block charges from third party companies being added to your EE bill, if it is not letting you currently then this bar may be active on your number.
If you have only one number on the account the bar can be removed by texting UNBAR to 150. If your number is on an account with multiple numbers, then if you are the account holder you can call us on 150 to request the bar be removed.
