I have been unable to pay my bill as today is my billing date. I hope I wouldn’t be penalised for this as I learn the app is down for now.

I am using  monthly EE contract device for Two years contract. But since a few month I am suffering from device connectivity issue. How I see remaining  monthly device payment without sim plan?

If i have being given a better/cheaper deal over the phone and it was discounted does that not show on my account?It is showing £30 per month but i was offered it at £15 a month? also only show 10gb but got offered 125gb?
