Waiting engineer

Hi,

I’ve signed a contract for EE broadband, and I’m still waiting for an engineer to come.
Could you please let me know what the usual waiting time is? I haven’t had any communication from EE or an Openreach engineer yet.

It usually takes about 2 weeks from order to installation which is when the eng. attends. You should receive router a day or 2 before that.

Hey @tonitobigger  when did you order the broadband, and which service did you order?

Does your property already have broadband, if not this may mean it could take longer to get a date for the install.

Alas no one on here has access to your account, so can't give you too many details, but if you call Customer Services in the morning they should be able to tell you more.
