Need to contact EE in regards to changing my plan, as I have left the country but still want to keep my phone number for when I eventually return and because I have many accounts linked to my number. Haven’t been able to contact anyone via the website, the app or by calling (perhaps because I am abroad). 

Please could someone assist? I’m not looking to cancel my contract, I would just like to decrease it as I won’t be using all the perks of my plan while away.

Hi @Prob26 I hope you're having a great time in your new country and you're getting better weather than we are here in the UK.

If you're currently out of contract, we can look at lowering your plan, or we can look at some sim only options to save you some money while you're away.

Do you know if you're out of contract at the moment?

@Prob26  just to point out if you’re thinking of going to pay as you go, you can’t do this whilst abroad.  The sim will get cut off and will not work until you came back to the UK, it can not activate as a PAYG when abroad.
