Change payment from direct debit to credit card. How do I do this please? I

I have a 2 year contract but want to pay by credit card so I get my points! Can I change from direct debit? Thanks and take care, Linda

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hello Linda,

As I understand, the only method of changing to credit card payments,  is to ring EE and arrange for your Direct Debit to be cancelled.,to be replaced by manual credit card payments.  To pay by credit card, you have to ring EE every time you receive a bill.

I have just finished the same exercise with EE billing customer service. There is no provision within  Manage your Billing to change to credit card, only to change your Direct Debit bank details. Hope this helps.
