Thanks for coming to the community.
We don't have access to your account here to see when the contract was last renewed but you can check in the EE app.
If it is for a mobile plan select Manage, then Mobile & SIMs and it will then display the contract dates.
For a New EE broadband account go to Manage, then Broadband and it will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
If you have any trouble seeing the information, give our customer service guides a call, and they can check your account dates for you.

@LauraKelly85 this information is available via your EE account or the EE app on the app click home then click view full usage and allow it to load up.
