Termination

How do you go about termination of contract, I am really disappointed in the coverage of EE and the charges incurred, when I went to Spain recently I got charged for the privilege whereas my partner had free, also only yesterday I was away for a couple of days in Scarborough and the signal was terrible, no coverage at all, just as well nobody needed me in an emergency, but again my wife's coverage was perfect, so I'm off to 02.

But I want to email EE to terminate my contract and get PUk code for phone, but can't seem to find contact email, do they even have one or is it secret because I can't find it on this site

@roncharlton  to get your PAC code to port your number to a different just to PAC to 65075.   You’ll be required to pay off any remaining contract term and you’ll get a 4% discount on that cost.   Porting your number will terminate the EE contract.

There is no email address for customer support as emails are too slow to deal with customer questions.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
