I've just spoken to the most moody person at EE who was not helpful at all when trying to talk to her about my mum's Power of Attorney. Surely in this day and age, anything like mobile, broadband etc should be the same as a bank in that you can give them an activation code to be able to register your LPA instead of having to scan a copy in and then send it off?

Did the person that you spoke to give you an email address to send the power of attorney documents to? Once they're received, our life events team will update the account.
