Did you mean:

I am told my monthly plan is going to increase by 2.50 a month. Why?

I have no internet on my phone and don't want it (I use a laptop at home), I hardly ever make a call and text sporadically.

I am already paying £10, 49 monthly, which I think is quite enough for what I do! And now an increase? Why?

Hi, please dial 150 on your mobile phone and speak to EE directly.  Have all your details ready so they can look you up on their records.  Explain the situation, that you don't have a smart phone and need the most basic package available.  Tell them if you are on pension credit and what is the best deal they can do for you.

Same for me. No choice but to go elsewhere. There are plenty of networks offering lower prices.

I would love to know of other networks.  Can you name any other? And how do I switch? Thanks

what does the above mean???

Hi @fulvia

I'm not quite sure what that link is for, it just appears to go to a picture of a kitten.

Were you meant to upload something else?

The best option would be to give our guides a call, and they can have a chat about the options with you.

Michael

the above is the copied and pasted ref as above. What is it????

(sorry about the kitten, that was sent in error)

No problem @fulvia. I'm a cat person, so no harm in seeing a kitten in the morning 🙂

You don't need to worry about the above, that is @XRaySpeX's signature, giving a history of his broadband connections.

thank you to everybody who replied and came up with suggestions.

I actually found a better plan, £9 basic to start with (but it might be because I have BT internet ).

I hope this can be of help to others.

The increase is every 2 years at I will be able to apply again for another basic plan.

Thanks everybody, problem solved.

Call 150 option 2 is a good start! They have been very helpful
