How can I link my new sim only plan to my account

Hi new here I’m in the middle of switching to ee from bt but I can’t seem to link my new contract to the ee account I already have set up do I need to close my ee account then start again as wont let me register for new ee id coz my email already registered?

Welcome to the community,

Once you have switched to EE, it should show in your account, but you would otherwise have to ring customer service, so that they can reset your account, so best thing, is to ring them and they should be able to sort this out for you.

Are you asking about adding a new pay-monthly contract to an existing billing account? Or adding a different billing account to an existing myEE online login?
