Hi try to print monthly statement but nothing to click bills and payments i am on website. How do I print bills

If you log into your My EE account online and select Bills and Payments, using the dropdown select the bill you would like to view and then download bill, you should have the access to print once this is downloaded.

Hi Leanne, Sorry this doesnt work. I can do it in the Broadband account but it just takes me to a page where the middle bit where the option to click on a bill appears to be missing. Likewise if I just click on the view my bill tab, the same screen comes up with just mainstream options at the bottom nothing to do with viewing or printing my bill.

Welcome tot he EE Community, and I'm sorry to hear you're having a bit of trouble with this too.
Is it through the app or the browser version that you're trying this, and have you tried loading your bill from a different device / browser?

Hi Peter it is through a browzer on a Mac. I have tried using Safari, Firefox and Google Chrome, I have also tried on a different Mac. Absolutely no problem with the Broadband account it goes straight to the bills when you click on the links.

Ahh okay, so is it just mobile affected @allensmail ?
If that's right, can you see all the other details of your mobile account, such as your allowance and add-ons?

Hi thanks again Peter. No I can't I can see my profile but when I click on the other bits they don't seem to work. I was going to attach a screen shot after I have clicked on either bills or plans etc. button, but there isnt and option here. I am finishing for the day now, but will look in the morning when I get back to see if you have hopefully come up with any ideas to help.

Thanks @allensmail, you should be able to upload a screenshot, but it will just need to be approved by one of our moderators before it shows in your post.
If you manage to share this, just be sure to mask any personal details first.
If you try logging into the dedicated EE app and select 'Manage' at the bottom of the screen, if you can let me know what options you see here too that would be perfect.

Hi Peter I am back, sorry I have been busy this morning. There has been another post today saying they are having the same problem, they think its something to do with the EE website.
I have logged on a again but it only has the option to Manage the broadband account or to View the latest bill. The Broadband link still works as usual but the View My Bill link does the same as the bills and payments link, nothing.

I've had to reject a couple of your images as these contained your number, which we would never want you to share in public view.
If you edit the post and reupload the image with any personal details masked though I can approve these 😊
Just to be sure, when you select the option to view your bill for mobile, does this redirect to the same blank page?
