I have 2 accounts assigned to 1 login.

When trying to add, remove or upgrade devices this causes an issue as 1 account is my husband's and the other account is mine, orders always land on the wrong account or get canceled due to the names not matching.

I have created a new ID to move my account but it won't let me as my phone is linked to the first account.

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check your account from our side to try and find a solution. Please come back and let us know how you get on.

Christopher_G i have a idea, going forward for vulnerable and disabled people who cannot work due to them having unforeseen  disabilities

It would be a good idea if our new EE and mobile EA to provide voluntary work
