Can someone help please! I moved to a sim only deal at the end of my contract as I was moving to Australia - I went into the EE shop in August to give notice to cancel my sim as I moved to Australia in September. I assumed it was done and I stopped using my phone sim when I got out here to Australia, I have only just checked my UK bank statement on noticed I am still being charged for my phone on EE! I can’t email EE as there is no email address, and I can’t call because I’m on an Aus number.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @Mjs9, welcome to the EE Community!
Normally with cancellations these will need to be requested over the phone with our dedicated team; our guys in store can help put you in contact with them, but they can't process this directly.
I would definitely follow the advice @bristolian recommended and try the international number above.
Alternatively, whilst we don't offer support via email directly, we do have an email webform for our complaints team that you can raise this with, but I can't say for sure if they'll be able to sort this without calling.

You can contact EE-CS on either +44 7953 966150 from any working phone, or +44 800 9566000 from a web-calling app such as Skype.
