The answer is yes as was previously said in this thread.
A lot of people bashing the response to call upgrades but the social team already gave the answer and they don’t know your individual situations.
The website / app is broken for not showing normal contracts, that doesn’t mean they’re forcing flex contracts on you just that you need to call or chat to upgrades…not the end of the world.
