Finance option rejected as “you have taken out a loan with us in the past 45 day

Hi, I wanted to buy and finance a Nintendo switch 2 as it was on offer. I submitted to a credit check and I should have been able to pass it finance wise, but it said I failed since I have taken a loan out in the past 45 days and must wait? But I have no loans or products at all from EE, the last time I purchased anything was a controller back in September which I did not finance. It’s not giving me the option to try and redo, is there any way I could get some help?
