EE back office is a joke

Why is it impossible to get any sort of information on this EE back office?! 
who are they? Why does my case have to go them? Why don’t I even have the slightest timeframe on how long I have to wait? I can’t even get a straight answer for their working hours?

I have no phone and no idea when I will get a new one. Just making a terrible situation worse 

why do we even pay for insurance ?!

I think it’s pretty specific… I lost my phone which was insured and instead of getting a new one sent, I’m dealing with all this

The best thing to do is speak to our team directly in regards to your insurance claim. We don't have account access within the Community to see the details of your query or what's happening exactly with your claim. I know you'll want this resolved as quickly as possible, and this is the best next step if you've been given no timescales either.
