Why is it impossible to get any sort of information on this EE back office?!
who are they? Why does my case have to go them? Why don’t I even have the slightest timeframe on how long I have to wait? I can’t even get a straight answer for their working hours?
I have no phone and no idea when I will get a new one. Just making a terrible situation worse
why do we even pay for insurance ?!

Your post is not very specific.
If this is an insurance claim issue then per your insurance policy terms and conditions I suggest you follow the complaints process.

I think it’s pretty specific… I lost my phone which was insured and instead of getting a new one sent, I’m dealing with all this

Good luck, they are useless, they sent me a phone via parcelforce last thursday, seems parcelforce have lost it, their enquiry email, they never respond to, no way of contacting the online order people
