Hey guys, my contract ended in May 2023 and since then I have a simple monthly direct dept, which I would now like to change to be pay-as-you go. How can I do this?

Welcome to the community,
You will have to speak to customer service and speak to them, where your contract will end in 30 days and then the pay as you go will start and need to make a chargeable call or text, which you will have to do, at least every six months.
You will also then need to make sure that your EE App is cancelled and then register again, as pay as you go and contract cannot be on the same app, you will be able to use the same login as you have up to now. Hope this helps.

@StellaSchmadl you need to call customer support to give 30 days notice of termination and also request it to be charged to a pay as you go at the end of the 30 days
