Flex pay

I’m new to EE so don’t really understand it all but with flex pay. When I got paid at the beginning of this month, it come out of my bank and then got send back straight away, and did it again today, says EE device payment and then soon after Returned DD so I’m confused why it keeps doing it? Cause then I look on my flex pay and says overdue so I don’t understand why it ain’t taking it
