Where you pay the mobile plan or flex plan how is called??? On bills is nothing

When you go to your account either via the app or website, you will see the bills and then you can see, once there flex pay and detail bills, click on flex pay, it will keep you know how much, if you want to see your plan for the plan click on that one where it says see details

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 7953 966 or +44 330 123 1105.

You will have a legal credit agreement & DD set up for the Flexpay device contract. You will get no bills as such.
