From the sounds of it, you've finished paying back the device loan element of the FlexPay plan and thus just have the airtime element running - can you confirm?
If so, then providing the airtime element has reached the minimum-term then yes, you can change that to another SIM-only plan if you find one that suits you better.

Hi no its the other was round .the device plan is open for another year but the air time plan is now completed ..
Can the airtime plan be reduced with the device plan stating the same

The clarity is useful.
It shouldn't matter - if the airtime plan has reached minimum-term then that's now on 30days notice to disconnect or immediate notice to alter at any time.
Device plan continues regardless.

Thank you for the reply .i have been trying all day to get my airtime plan reduced and ee keep telling me they i cnt because my device plan is still open .

@Royarch Yes you can change the airtime plan regardless if the device plan is still active for another 12 months. The new airtime plan will not come into effect until you have completed the full contract term of the current airtime tariff though.
