Why has my bill gone up by nearly £15 from last month? It said it would increase by £1.50 in March

As @Chris_B has mentioned, the annual price increase hasn't taken effect yet, and wouldn't cause that much of a jump.

You can download the full bill in the EE app or through the EE website to see what you've been charged for, and if you still have any queries, our billing guides are available to help.

@FVa  The annual price increase has been applied yet so it’s something else ,  have you looked at your bill breakdown? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
