Direct debit cancelled and doubles bills charged

I cancelled my direct debit last month due to double charged and difficulties to speak to someone. 

I started the process since last month but unfortunately I couldn't speak to anyone. Also the poorest network past few months. 

I do not have broadband from EE .

I barely use my phone as you know so why double charged me last with £81.
