Have you been able to download a breakdown of your bill within your My EE account?

If yes, do any charges outside of your allowance show?

Hi

i I haven’t had a bill yet as I’ve only just joined on 29th sept, but my cost of my package is different to what I signed for 😕

Hi 

I have a couple off add on’s but I have nhs discount if that’s what you mean but that doesn’t show

If your discount does not reflect once your bill is produced please get in touch with our customer care team who will be able to sort this for you.
