I am contacted on broadband 900mb at £60.99 for 24 months until Dec 2026. New users can now get the same deal as me for £40.99. I complained to EE …” why can’t I re contract at the lower price for a further 24 months” …their answer basically …I cannot leave the contract..repeated and repeated. However EE will allow me to UPGRADE to a new 1.6gb contract at £69.99 per month for 24 months!!! EE will forget existing contracts as long as customers upgrade . This is unfair . I have been through bot chats, advisor conversations and manager chats…none of them can provide a logical explanation. Now I am due to be contacted by an “ Executive “ in the next 48 hours . If I do not get a sensible , fair and logical response …I’m going to Ofcom next.

Deals & offers will always come & go, you can only ever take the best offer available at the relevant time.
Ofcom don't investigate individual customer complaints, they will almost certainly refer you to ADR for that.
