Moved into a new house with EE router but landline isnt on

We've moved into a new house and there is an EE router but the phone line is dead, we can't find anyone to contact to get it it turned on and set up a contract, if anyone could help that would be great.

That BB line & landline is not yours. You can't just take it over but will need to take out a new BB & Home Phone contract with EE. That will transfer it to your name.
