Your posts have been moved to a new thread, the one you'd added to was from 2024.

EE's mobile contracts are not fixed-term ones that just end, they are rolling contracts with a minimum-term. The newer FlexPay plans are structured as two separate contracts, each with their own payments..

1: Fixed-term finance loan for your device repayments, which naturally ends once repaid.

2: Rolling airtime plan for your usage, which continues until you explicitly request a change or cancellation.

You may find FlexPay better suits you in the future.

@Mosiul  Would that be the same T&Cs that you agreed to when taking out the contract?    You could argue that you didn’t read the T&Cs or you don’t understand them and take no responsibility for that but still agreed to the T&Cs.  EEs not hiding behind the T&Cs EE just honouring the contract terms and conditions that you agree to.

Welcome to the Community, @Mosiul.

As a few of the other guys have mentioned, when you take a traditional 24 month contract with us this is the minimum commitment period, but it doesn't automatically stop at the end of this.

We want to give customers the flexibility to choose what they do next with their contract, and will the them know that they have the option to upgrade, cancel, or pick a SIM Only that suits them.

Flex Pay like @bristolian mentioned is slightly different, but does involve a separate finance agreement on the handset, and a separate direct debit for this.

If you were looking to discuss your current plan, along with any charges that you've received since this ended, I would recommend giving us a call and we can check over everything in full.
