Hi all,
I just upgraded to the iPhone 17 Pro Max and went with the All Rounder Plan. Is there anyway to change to the Full Works plan with Apple One? I only upgraded a couple of days ago and received my new iPhone today.
I have been told two different things from two customer service agents today. The first agent said I would have to return the phone and do the upgrade again if I wanted to change to the Full Works. The second agent said I could change to the Full Works, but she didn't sound confident and said it will only cost me 70p more a month which doesn't seem correct? I always thought the Full Works costs £5 more a month.
I have a Friends and Family discount on my account so I don't want to lose it by changing plans. If changing will cause problems and mess up my discount, I will stick with the All Rounder.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

HI @SammyxVine90.
Thanks for coming to the community.
If you’re deciding between keeping your current plan with the Apple One add‑on or switching to Full Works, I’d recommend getting in touch with our customer support team. They’ll be able to access your account and talk you through the options in more detail.

Also, I must add that I am on the old style contract where you have one bill and not the new Flex Pay.

If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC before or during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery & then reorder what you really want.

I just want to change my plan, not phone.

Well. the plan is an integral part of the order.

Hmmm
I have heard you just have to pay £5 extra to change to Apple one.

I believe you can choose Apple One for £5pm if on an All Rounder for iPhone plan from your Inclusive Extra choices.
This would not change your plan to Full Works, but would provide Apple One.
If you wanted a Full Works plan for the other benefits, this would need to be a conversation with customer services to see if they can change your plan - otherwise it is a return within 14 days and reorder situation.
If you are on a standard (not "for iPhone") All Rounder this option may not be available, currently unable to check.
Try texting PICK to 150 and see if it appears as an option.

Hi,
Yes I am on the All Rounder iPhone plan. I checked on my EE app and it's saying I can't change my inclusive extra until the 29th May. I am guessing because I just upgraded and selected Apple Music, I have to wait until I can change it again?
Also, if I change my inclusive extra to Apple One on the 29th, I am guessing I will just keep getting charged £5 each month until I decide otherwise? I am wondering if I should do that or if I should call CS and ask to change my plan to the Full Works permanately?
