So I've changed my direct debit which is due on the 15th to the 28th the same month but it's still saying the 15th will I get charged twice?

Hi @Cleggers94

Welcome to the community.

If the bill had already been created before you requested to change the payment date, it would still be taken on the 15th for this month as @Chris_B mentioned.

This could then mean there is another bill on the 28th, although it would be a much smaller bill for a part month.

If you wanted to check exactly how it would impact your bill, our billing guides are available to check your account.

@Cleggers94  If you’ve already been billed you can not change the date.  The process has already begun to take payment.   You also need to give 24 hours for your account to update

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks Chris I just don't want to be charged twice that's all
