I need a mobile data contract plan for less than 9 pounds

@kingubanese  Best look at PAYG.    You could try calling customer support to see if they can offer anything but £9 is really hoping.    For £9 you’ll not get much data 1Gb at best and it’ll be on the slowest speed available. 10Meg.   PAYG is 25meg

You won't get a SIM contract for less than £18 from EE. You could get PAYG for £10 pm with 8 GB data.
