Hi my phone and bills are set up to the wrong address, how do I change my address so my bill are not going to my neighbour instead of me, they must have got the number wrong at the car phone warehouse

Sounds like speaking to our Mobile Care team is the way to go. They'll update your address and help you get logged into your My EE account.

If you log into your My EE account online, select Menu then Account Settings and Your Address.
Can you change the address now?

Tried to change my address numerous times and just keeps going back to the start of the process asking me to enter my post code etc. any help apprciated.

Thanks for the reply. I am in an older build and address is showing on app to select. I'm a sim only contract now but account was a full account until recentl .
