I'm trying to change my DD date on the app but it just keeps sending me to the help article, and when I follow the instructions I still can't get to the right section. Any help??

@ZD_2024 : You can change your payment date in your online MyEE a/c under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Thanks, but now I need to speak with someone about the fact I can't pay my bill as my pay date is 18th. I don't know why my DD was set up for the 7th and I can't change it now as its too help?

Can someone from EE contact me to discuss next steps?

No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are. You need to phone CS.

First off, watch the tone pal. Second, if I can't get through to customer services and there is no live chat option like every other network provider offers, then what else am I meant to do but ask here?

What a waste of time, I don't want to be asking people for advice I want actual customer service!

Hi @ZD_2024

There's a live chat service for pay monthly customers in the 'help' section of the EE App. You can find contact information for our customer service team here.
